Schneider Electric is committed to supporting Singapore’s strong push to electrify its vehicle population. Having more charging points by 2030, will make Singapore’s charging infrastructure more robust and accessible. As Schneider Electric marks 50 years in Singapore, we are partnering with Electric Vehicles (EV) charging point operators (CPOs) to offer free EV charging to users and will continue to do our part to promote e-mobility in support of a net zero future. From 1st April 2023, Schneider Electric will offer close to 120,000 kWh worth of free charging, or approximately 3000 full charges, to users who charge their EVs using Schneider Electric’s EV chargers that are maintained by participating CPOs and partners island-wide. EV users can activate free charging (while stocks last) when accessing the participating CPO’s mobile applications. As of 11 May 2023, 120,000 kWH free charging has been fully redeemed.
