How to determine if a TCP/IP port is in use

It is unknown whether or not a certain TCP/IP is in use.

Resolution
Open a Command Prompt running As Administrator and run "netstat -ano" (see below).



The first line under Local Address indicates that the local machine is listening on port 80 which is being used by Web Reporter. You can use the (Process ID) PID to locate the service or application that is using that specific port.
