How to resolve "target network missing" issue when attempting to use Ethernet to connect to an ATV71 drive with SoMove

Issue
Customer is unable to connect to the drive.  When attempting to edit the Advanced Settings for ModBus TCP there is no place to enter the Target Network IP address.
 
Product Line:
Altivar 71, Altivar 61, Altivar 32, SoMove, Lexium, Tesys T

Environment:
All part numbers, Ethernet communication

Cause:
SoMove does not display properly when the Text size is not set to 100%.

Resolution:
Go to your computers Control Panel and Display settings and select 100% instead of 125% or 150% (See attached document for Windows 7 example).
