Cause:
Owner's Manuals show cable managers and 0U accessory rails installed in specific areas of the cabinet.
Resolution:
The 0U accessory rails that come preinstalled in the rear of the SX cabinet can be moved to the front of the cabinet. Anything that attaches to the accessory rail can also be mounted in the front of the cabinet such as cable management or PDUs.
