How to place an order through mySE?

A registered and approved user can place an order through mySE if the user has the right to place and submit an order through mySE. If you do not see the option for “Order Entry”, please check with your company’s mySE Admin or write to Schneider Electric Customer Care Center.

You can also perform mass upload of a list of products to place an order. If a training is required, please contact Schneider Electric Customer Care Center.

The order placed through mySE will be captured in our ERP system and an Order Acknowledgement will be generated. To find out how to track your order, please visit this FAQ: How to track my order through mySE?
