How to track my order through mySE?

A registered and approved user may check for the status of an order of the company if the user has the right to access “Order Status”. If this option is not available on your mySE account, please check with your company’s mySE Admin or write to Schneider Electric Customer Care Center.

You may search for the order to be tracked and view the order and item status. You may also subscribe for notification for your order status changes.
