Goals and Symptoms

Is it possible to give access to a report only to specific users?
For example, let's say customer A should see report A but not report B and, similarly, customer B should see report B but not report A.

Causes and Fixes

It can be done by go to webreporter; login and then go to File > Manage > Share.


Here, the "share list" for each report can be defined to control who has access to which report.

NOTE; These properties can only be set by a user of an account with "supervisor" level privileges (i.e. operator, controller, user nor observer have permission to modify this report share function)
