Error while installing SQL Server 2012 - Access Denied
Issue
During the installation of SQL Server 2012 an error which states
"Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\License Terms\SQLServerDenaliCTP_License_EVAL_1033.rtf' is denied." is displayed.

Cause
Access to the file identified within the error message is secured as a Read-Only file.
Resolution
To rectify this error and continue with the installation, browse to the path "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\License Terms\" and change the property
of file "SQLServerDenaliCTP_License_EVAL_1033.rtf" to remove "Read-Only". Click on "Retry" button and the installation process will resume.
Please Note: SQL 2012 Has reached end of life support.
