Why the sign up page for the Augmented Operator Advisor Builder is badly displayed ?

Description

This issue is reproducible only on the Internet Explorer Browser version 10 or more.

When the user reach the sign up page of the Augmented Operator Advisor Builder ...



This is badly displayed ...


To solve this issue, user must :
- Reach the "Compatibility View settings" of Internet Explorer
- Uncheck the "Display Intranet sites in Compatibility view" checkbox
- Reload the page


Then the sign up page will be correctly displayed
