This FAQ describes how to animate a pre-defined image in Vijeo XD in V3.0

3.Resolution

For the current version of VXD software (VXD 3.0), it is not possible to directly animate the pre-defined image in Vijeo XD.
Usually the work around is to add graphics above the pre-defined image. For example, as can be seen from the attached picture, we add a rectangular graphic above the tank to represent the level animation. The height of the graphic animation is linked to the variable--tank level.
Animation of pre-defined image will be added as a new feature in V3.2.
