Why can’t we see the shadow of objects in EOTE

1. Issue

In EOTE runtime, why can’t we see the shadow if the object’s width or height is 600 pixels or more.

2. Environment

EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert 3.1 SP1 or later.

3. Resolution

In version 3.1 Service Pack 1 or later, if the object's horizontal width or vertical height is 600 pixels or more, a shadow will not display regardless of the shadow settings.

(2) Vertical height
