When I open Ecostruxure Power Build Rapsody FR V2.1.19 , I get an error logintNG.dll is missing

When I open EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR V2.1.19, I get the following error message.

Explanation:

Ecostruxure Power Build - Rapsody has undergone some improvements to authenticate users and for authentication to work Rapsody has to connect to Schneider Authentication servers in Schneider Data Centers.

If an Antvirus application (Symantec, Avast, BitDefender,McAfee, Eset,Webroot) has very restrictive settings it will block Rapsody from connecting to Schneider Authentication servers & sometimes quarantine files like "logintNG.dll"


Please do the following Steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1) Please make sure to Install latest version of EPB Rapsody FR (Download here)
Step 2) Completely stop any Antivirus Software/Firewall/IPS installed on your PC( For example : Symantec, Avast, BitDefender,McAfee, Eset,Webroot ) .
Please take the help of your IT administrator to do this step.
Step 3) Start EPB Rapsody v2.1.19 in Administrator mode (Right click on the EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR V2.1.19 icon & choose "Run as Administrator")
Step 4) Login to EPB Rapsody v2.1.19 & Complete Login process
Step 5) Re-Start the Antivirus Software/Firewall/IPS ( For example :Symantec, Avast, BitDefender,McAfee, Eset,Webroot)
Step 6) Continue to use EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR V2.1.19


Permanent Solution:

Please remember to do the below steps to permanently resolve the problem.Please ask IT admin of your company to whitelist the following in the Antivirus /Firewall/IPS application:

1) EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR V2.1.19 application

2) Whitelist the following folders:
a) C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider\Common_DSM\
b) C:\Schneider Electric\EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR\
c) C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR

3) Allow ports 80 & 443 to be open from EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody FR V2.1.19 application to the Internet.
