Schneider Electric General Terms and Conditions of Sale (April 2025) (Myanmar)

Each Order issued by the Customer and accepted by Schneider Electric will be accepted on the basis of these Schneider Electric General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”), to the exclusion of all other terms including any terms and conditions referenced or set forth on the face or reverse side of any Order or other document presented by the Customer. Any acknowledgement or other form of acceptance by Schneider Electric of the Customer’s Order containing other terms and conditions shall not have any effect in modifying these Terms and Conditions, unless explicitly accepted by Schneider Electric in writing. If Schneider Electric and the Customer have executed a prior written agreement for such purchase and supply (“Agreement”), whereupon the terms and conditions of that Agreement shall apply and govern, instead of these Terms and Conditions for the Order.
