How can I distinguish between a broken TH110 sensor and a sensor not powered on?

It is not possible to distinguish a broken TH110 sensor communication from a not powered sensor. The first thing to check if there is enough current flowing through the conductor where the sensor is installed.  In case of different malfunction of the sensor, the Easergy Thermal Connect  HMI will display a specific malfunction symbol.
