MISSION
This role is a great opportunity to develop the Smart Factory consulting offer, to lead the transformation within this field across the UK&I Zone and to interact and operate in a matrix and rewarding set up, to strive for the best for best solution for customers.
Essential Responsibilities

Develops offer for Smart Factory consulting

Creates tools, template and process to support the deployment of the above

Engages with major pursuits to support the segment sales team with Industry expertise and segment specific value propositions.

Support consulting team in the deployment and delivery of consulting engagements.
Key Responsabilties
- Manages in one or several categories of the existing offer's portfolio, with regards to Smart Factory
-
Has a strong knowledge of Field Service strategy in his/her country related to the concerned categories (market trends, business opportunities, threats, key priorities for segments, Go To Market, customer coverage, key customers needs).

Strive for the growth and profitability of these offers in a country

Deploys and adapts the offer's marketing mix strategy for each go-to-market of the country

Adapts & deploys the pricing strategy.

Stakeholder of the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process (SIOP²).

Leverages IB intelligence and generates business through sales campaigns and any other relevant initiative

Manages the commercial teams commitments on the growth actions deployment and business objectives.

Saturates the 'Go to market' by using all relevant Channels.

Works with the Marcom for launch events.

Leads the new offers launch process (Business case, local launch team coordination..),

Monitors closely the performance of his/her offers

Deploythe Annual Marketing Plan with the countries/ providing feedback on existing offers and facilitating voice of customers to the Line of Business Offer Product Marketing

Strong knowledge of offer

Ensure proper visibility of pipeline and achievements thru application of the CRM guidelines

Understand local processes and tools and promotes global tools when relevant - provide feedback on improvement of tools
Main interactions:
Regional Offer Category leaders, Central Field Services Marketing, Regional leader, Line of Business offer development
Key Success Factors
Knowledge of category portfolio and value proposal to the customer
Downstream Marketing mastery (4Ps, market segmentation and trends, marketing and pricing strategies and tactics)
Digital offers: Experience on various business models and knowledge of launches key success factors
Good collaboration with Regional Offer Category leaders for alignment with global strategy
Good collaboration with lob offer management
Good collaboration with sales team and Other local teams stakeholders (as needed) for offer launch and business development
Qualifications
Education and Skills

The successful candidate should have a (4) year college degree or equivalent work experience and (3-10) years marketing or technical sales experience.

Understands and has demonstratable experience of manufacturing processes

Practitioner of Lean Manufacturing & 6 Sigma processes

Solid marketing skills & price management

Strong LOB Offers knowledge and understanding

Consultative approach

Strong experience with value base pricing

Understand the country/region requirements

Ability to interact with LoB/Central team
