How to manually add a breaker size for BCM in ION setup

When adding a breaker size in ION Setup it does not include the size of my breaker

Cause

User can't add breaker size using ION Setup

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).

When selecting the breaker size for a BCM in ION setup we only get the following options:


If a different breaker size is required to be put in assuming the BCM can accept it, then it is possible to do that by modifying the SETUP.CFG file for the BCM. The file is in the following location:
IONsetup/tables/modbus/BCM/Setup.Cfg

Looking at the entries using NOTEPAD, he would see the following lines inside the file:

..... and so on for every channel.

Now lets assume 15A is the value that needs to be added. Thats how it is done.
List1=10=10 Amps,15=15 Amps,20=20 Amps,30=30 Amps,40=40 Amps,50=50 Amps

The above change is required for the Global Breaker settings and for each of the 42 channels.

Now, simply save the file and bring up the device setup screen again and breaker size should be there.
