How to apply the permanent license to the Azzo KPI Calculation Engine Report in PME8.x
Issue
The AZZO KPI Calculation Engine Report installs with a 30‑day trial license.
A permanent license must be applied to continue using the report after the trial expires.

Cause
The KPI Calculation Engine Report uses a trial PKT license file.
A permanent PKT license must be installed to unlock full functionality.
Resolution
1. Request the Permanent License from AZZO
To obtain the permanent AZZO KPI Engine Report license:
- Contact your regional BDS or Sales Agent to approve the purchase of the AZZO license.
- The BDS/Sales Agent sends the PME Activation ID to the AZZO software team.
- The AZZO team issues the permanent .PKT license file and sends it via email.
