Start command check (Error 46) signifies that current is not detected after a delay of 1 second after a start command. The unit must see a current equal to or more than 10% of FLC minimum. If the unit is being tested without a motor load, ensure that a current of more than 10% FLC minimum is being passed through the internal CT windows of the device.
