Cemal Tosun

Cemal Tosun graduated from Marmara University, Business Administration department in 2006 and he holds a master’s degree of International Business & Marketing at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Science in Finland.

He started his career as a financial auditor at an international company in 2007. He joined Schneider Electric as a financial manager in 2011 and in 2014 he was appointed as CFO to Günsan Elektrik and Himel Elektrik, the Company’s subsidiaries. Started leading a team from 60 countries as Global Value Brand Business Finance Director-Overseas in 2019, Tosun continues his career as Strategy & Digital Transformation Director since 2020.

With a strong ability to translate business needs into innovative solutions and driving projects to achieve successful results; Tosun focuses on delivering value through exploiting current technological advances and transforming business to adapt the latest market trends.

He has proven leadership skills and experience by managing multinational, multi-location teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and end to end digital customer journey.

With an extensive experience in Digital Transformation, Sustainability, Behavioral Finance, Finance for Non-Finance; he is an expert in developing and implementing effective strategies to drive the company’s strategic vision.
