How do you send Input/Output links to the back in Designer (ION/SPM/PME)?

Cause
Links are in front of diagram objects and they want to be moved to make it easier to see the objects

Resolution
When working in Designer you can press Ctrl+B to send all links to the back.

Below are examples of before and after sending the links to the back:
