Issue: unable to write settings for PM8000 series using Ecoreach.
Cause: PM8000 meters do not allow Modbus programming by default.
Resolution: Set the option to "Allow the Modbus Programming" using the ION setup 3.0 or above. After enabling the option to "Allow the Modbus Programming" it should be possible to do write the settings for PM8000 series meters using Ecoreach.
