Why EOTE V3.1 application initial page does not appear

1. Issue

HMIST6400 initial page does not appear if HMI target is not connected to PLC

2. Environment

EOTE V3.1 SP1

3. Resolution

There is one new feature called Drawing Mode added in V3.1 SP1. It is used to set the timing of changing the display when screen/content is changed (you can refer to SP1 online help). For this case, the workaround is to change the Drawing mode from screen priority to 3.1 compatible.
