We’re looking for a Secure Power Non-IT Applications Business Development Engineer to our office in Warsaw, Poland. The main tasks of the person will be focused on collaboration with prescription department and sales engineers from other divisions. The aim of the position will be to find new sales opportunities for Secure Power in different SE projects (i.e. office buildings, manufacturing plants).

 

What you will do:

  • Search of new opportunities among Sales and Prescription contacts,
  • Research in existing and new customers pipeline
  • Market monitoring in terms of products and competition
  • Collaboration with KAMs on focused segments (support in regional projects, work with SE regional people, keep the relationship with the allocated customers at C-level, identify, analyze and platform customers from targeted segments in the country)
  • Customer management (identify, analyze and manage the relationship with the direct and indirect customers from the allocated channel)
  • Strong cooperation with support functions (projects, services, customer care, finance)
  • Managing offers and orders (prepare offers, negotiate prices for specific projects)
  • Following and improving internal processes (focus on relationships with the sales people from other divisions = v1 from his allocated channel and customers)
  • Marketing activities (collect market information, participate in or drive events, trainings, conferences together with the local marketing division)
  • Implementing sales strategy for non-IT channels
  • Identifying growth opportunities in allocated channel (non-IT)
  • Technical and commercial support for Secure Power products offered to the colleagues from other divisions
  • Achievement of sales target in the allocated channels and customers
  • Implementing commercial policy to the allocated channels and customers in accordance with the rest of GTM channels
  • Promotion of collaboration at management level
  • Creating price requests for specific projects following the internal procedures
  • Keeping customer data base up to date

 

 

 


Qualifications

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Solid sales experience in electrical channels and segments (healthcare, oil & gas, transportation, F&B, WWW)
  • Knowledge of energy distribution business & others
  • Skilled in commercial and industrial non-IT applications in Secure Power
  • Technical engineering degree
  • High sales and business development skills combined with ability to find and approach business opportunities
  • Very good collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Digital mindset
  • Driving license
