Safety limit switches XCS - XCSLF353531M3 pin-out of the M23 connector

Please find attached the wiring diagram of the XCSLF353531M3 safety switch, having 1NC + 2NO main contacts and 1NC + 2NO electromagnet contacts. It is a version with locking by electromagnet on de-energisation, with M23 19-pin connector. The electromagnet contacts are represented electromagnet not energised.
