Wiser for KNX – How to change DNS settings for remote connectivity controller’s DNS

Application solutions. This document provides guideline how to change DNS settings for Remote Connectivity in Wiser for KNX. We have deployed an improved, more stable, faster and secured cloud platform. By changing DNS settings you will be connected to this new platform. On 31st of January 2021 the actual cloud connectivity will not be available anymore. Please, follow steps in this Application note to avoid unavailability of Remote connection to your installation. The change is required for all devices with FW versions <= 2.1.1 and recommended for all other devices with FW < 2.6.0.
