Issue:
Need to identify the Factory Order, or Quote to Cash number for an enclosed ATS48 soft start.

Cause:
To determine warranty status or check the Bill of Materials for spare parts.

Resolution:
Find the nameplate on the back of the enclosure door.  At the bottom of the nameplate on the right side is a box labeled Factory Order Number.  This should contain an 11 digit number which is the Factory Order / Q2C number.
