L3: webpages on the PM8000 via FTP

Please check if the FTP is enabled in the meter. Enabling the FTP should allow you to upgrade the web pages.

For the meter with firmware V2.2.1 and below you can enable the FTP through ION Setup.

Communications- Advanced Ethernet-Protocols-Enable the FTP.

If this setting is not available then please share the firmware version of the meter which you are trying to upgrade the web pages.
