Together with the Prize Draw General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), a copy of which can be found [HERE], the Specific Terms provide the official terms and conditions applicable to this Prize Draw. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms will prevail.
Capitalised terms in these Specific Terms have the meaning given to them in the General Terms.
By entering this Prize Draw you are agreeing to be bound by these Specific Terms and the General Terms.

Eligibility:
Subject to any eligibility requirements in the General Terms, a [electrician] resident in the United Kingdom who spends £50 or more on Schneider Electric products are eligible to take part in the Prize Draw. Completing the form with ‘I am an electrician’ will be how this is determined.
How to Enter:
Upon purchase of Schneider Electric products totalling £50 (excluding VAT) or more by an electrician resident in the United Kingdom (“Qualifying Spend”), the Prize Draw can be entered as follows:

· Complete the form with the following details: Name, Business Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, Address for shipment, Invoice Number from the relevant Qualifying Spend and Invoice Value of the Qualifying Spend.
· One Qualifying Spend will automatically include you in each Selection Cycle until the Closing Date.

Winner Selection Process
Schneider Electric will select the winners of the individual awards at random from a list of all applicants, in draws 15 (each a Selection Cycle).
- The first draw will take place on 29th March 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit
- The second draw will take place on 5th April 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit
- The third draw will take place on 12th April 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The Forth draw will take place on 19th April 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The fifth draw will take place on 26th April 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The sixth draw will take place on 3rd May 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The Seventh draw will take place on 10th May 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The eighth draw will take place on 17th May 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The Ninth draw will take place on 24th May 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The Tenth draw will take place on 31st May 2022, where 18 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit where one winner will be chosen. 2 winners will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The eleventh draw will take place on 2nd June 2022, where 6 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit. 1 winner will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The twelfth draw will take place on 7th June 2022, where 6 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit. 1 winner will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The thirteenth draw will take place on 14th June 2022, where 6 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit. 1 winner will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
- The final draw will take place on 21st June 2022, where 6 winners will be chosen for the cleaning kit. 1 winner will be chosen for the Karcher wet/dry vacuum cleaner and/or the Karcher power washer.
Winner Announcement:
Schneider Electric will contact the winner of each Selection Cycle via the email that is registered on entry form to confirm that they have been successful in winning the Prize Draw. Thereafter, confirmation of winner selection and the winner’s details (First name and county) will be published on Schneider Electric’s official Instagram page (@schneiderelec_electricians_uki).
The prize will be directly shipped to the confirmed shipping address entered within the entry form.
Winner Announcement Date(s):
The winners of each Selection Cycle will be announced on the following dates:
31st March 2022, 7th April 2022, 14th April 2022, 21st April 2022, 28th April 2022, 5th May 2022, 12th May 2022, 19th May 2022, 26th May 2022, 2nd June 2022, 7th June 2022, 14th June 2022, 21st June 2022.

By entering a Prize Draw you are agreeing to be bound by the General Terms and the Specific Terms.
1. THE PROMOTER
The promoter is: Schneider Electric Limited of Stafford Park 5, Telford, England, TF3 3Bl (“Schneider Electric”).
2. DEFINITIONS
The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply in the General Terms and the Specific Terms.
“Closing Date” means the closing date and time for a Prize Draw as set out in the Specific Terms;
“General Terms” means these terms and conditions;
“Opening Date” means the opening date for a Prize Draw as set out in the Specific Terms;
“Prize” means the prize for a Prize Draw as set out in the Specific Terms;
“Prize Draw” means any prize promotion by Schneider Electric and offered to its customers or members of the public from time to time;
“Specific Terms” means the individual terms and conditions that apply to the relevant Prize Draw launched by Schneider Electric to members of the public from time to time; and
“Winner Announcement Date(s)” means the winner announcement date(s) for a Prize Draw as set out in the Specific Terms.
3. APPLICABILITY
3.1 These General Terms are applicable to every Prize Draw launched by Schneider Electric on the Opening Date, as specified in the Specific Terms, subject to all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
3.2 In addition to these General Terms, each Prize Draw shall also be governed by the Specific Terms which shall apply in addition to these General Terms. The Specific Terms will contain the further details and requirements of the individual Prize Draw and any variations from these General Terms.
3.3 In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the General Terms as set out below and the Specific Terms, the provisions of the Specific Terms shall prevail.
3.4 Any reference to the “Terms and Conditions” in relation to a Prize Draw shall be a reference to both these General Terms and the Specific Terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The Prize Draw is only open to all residents in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except:
4.1.1 employees of Schneider Electric or its holding or subsidiary companies.
4.1.2 employees of agents or suppliers of Schneider Electric or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration.
4.1.3 members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above; or
4.1.4 any persons that are ineligible to apply for the Prize Draw based on any additional requirements set out in the Specific Terms.
4.2 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so, have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry and are eligible to claim any prize you may win. Schneider Electric may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
4.3 Schneider Electric will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
4.3.1 automatically generated by computer.
4.3.2 completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.3.3 illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or
4.3.4 incomplete.
4.4 One Qualifying Spend will automatically include you in each Selection Cycle until the Closing Date. The ability to enter more than one invoice is possible.
4.5 One air freshener is permitted throughout the competition per person.
4.6 Schneider Electric reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
4.7 Prize Draw entries cannot be returned.
5. HOW TO ENTER
5.1 The Prize Draw will run from the Opening Date to the Closing Date.
5.2 All Prize Draw entries must be received by Schneider Electric by the Closing Date. All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
5.3 To enter the Prize Draw, applicants must follow any of the procedure for entry as specified by the Specific Terms. This is an online promotion only, there is no postal or telephone application route.
5.4 For the avoidance of doubt, you may require a computer or other internet-enabled device and an internet connection to enter the Prize Draw. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure permission is gained from the owner of the computer and the individual who pays for the internet service provider. No refund may be claimed for expenses related to the use of an internet connection for the purpose of participating in this Prize Draw.
5.5 Schneider Electric will not accept:
5.5.1 responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, because of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
5.5.2 proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
5.6 By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS
6.1 The Winner(s) will be selected:
6.1.1 at random by software provided from all valid entries received before the Closing Date and verified by us; or
6.1.2 by any other method of selection as specified by the Specific Terms.
7. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
7.1 The decision of Schneider Electric is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.
7.2 Schneider Electric will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the Prize Draw entry, or such other method of communication specified by the Specific Terms.
7.3 Schneider Electric will publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Schneider Electric will publish the surname, company name (if any) and county of prize winners on the Winner Announcement Date(s).
7.4 Schneider Electric may publish the information referred to in clause 7.3 via any one or more of the following channels:
7.4.1 their official website (Schneider Electric UK | Energy Management and Automation (se.com)).
7.4.2 their official Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/groups/TheElectricianGroup/?fref=nf)
7.4.3 their official Instagram account (@schneiderelec_electricians_uki); or
such other method of publication as specified by the Specific Terms.
7.10 If you object to any or all your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Schneider Electric by email at gb.electricianpartner@se.com. In such circumstances, Schneider Electric must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
8. THE PRIZE
8.1 The Prize available for each Prize Draw will be specified by the Specific Terms.
8.2 Prizes are subject to availability. Schneider Electric reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of reasonably equivalent value, as may be set out in the Specific Terms.
8.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
9. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
9.1 To claim the Prize, winning entrants must respond to the announcement email sent by Schneider Electric confirming their decision to claim the Prize, and provide any details requested by Schneider Electric to receive the prize.
9.2 The winner of the Prize will have [21] days from the Winner Announcement Date(s) to claim the prize personally by contacting Schneider Electric in the manner set out in the announcement email. If the Prize is not claimed by this date, the winner’s claim will become invalid.
9.3 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
9.4 Schneider Electric will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within [21] of days of the Winner Announcement Date, Schneider Electric reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the eligible entries that were received before the Closing Date.
9.5 Schneider Electric does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, Schneider Electric, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring because of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Schneider Electric, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. OWNERSHIP OF PRIZE DRAW ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1 All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to Schneider Electric will become the property of Schneider Electric on receipt and will not be returned.
11.2 By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
11.2.1 assign to Schneider Electric all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
11.2.2 waive all moral rights,
in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
11.3 You agree that Schneider Electric may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website(Schneider Electric UK | Energy Management and Automation (se.com)), and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant Schneider Electric a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
11.4 All winners must, at Schneider Electric’s request, participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity, photography, and video recording) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to Schneider Electric using their name and images and any material resulting from such promotional activity in any medium (including without limitation on the internet) in any manner it sees fit.

12.2 The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
12.3 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.

14. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

15. GENERAL
15.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Schneider Electric may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
15.2 Schneider Electric reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so without any liability.
15.3 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
