Enrique Gonzalez Hass
Enrique joined Schneider Electric Mexico in 1979; he was appointed Country President in March 2009 to be responsible for Schneider Electric’s operation in Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
Enrique has made valuable contributions in the leadership roles he has occupied during the more than 40 years of this collaboration with Schneider Electric. He has held various strategic positions in the organization, the most recent being the Vice Presidency of Sales and Services, the Vice Presidency of Marketing and Strategic Development, and the Vice Presidency of Operations for Mexico.
Under his leadership, the company has shown constant and sustainable growth in Mexico and Central America, serving more than 50 thousand clients.
He is a faithful practitioner and believer of the culture of customer centricity and business practices focused on directing the operations towards the satisfaction of consumers, users, partners and employees, in addition to strength relations with industry chambers and associations.
Enrique holds a mechanical electrical engineering degree by UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México) in Mexico.
He also has different postgraduate national and international degrees such as: International Management Program (IMP) by the Ivey University in Canada; Professional Management level 2 (PM2) in Moscow (Russia) and Paris (France); and Global Leadership Program level 4 in Paris (France), Los Angeles (USA) and Delhi (India).
