All new business purchases of Secure Power products and services will be transacted through Schneider Electric IT Corporation

Schneider Electric is undertaking an internal reorganization to combine all of its US-based Secure Power entities into the current parent, Schneider Electric IT Corporation. This will combine the strengths of all the Secure Power business and enable us to integrate all of our existing teams, offerings and investments to support enhanced growth and provide more comprehensive industry solutions for all of our customers. Effective June 7, 2021 all Secure Power US-based business assets, liabilities and employees will be merged into the parent company, Schneider Electric IT Corporation. This merger will be seamless and the Schneider Electric team members in Sales, Delivery and Support who currently assist with your Secure Power needs will continue to serve you as part of the parent entity.
