Issue:
How do I remove my device from the Wiser network?

Product Line:
Wiser Home Management System (EER series version 1 USA model only)
 
Environment:
EER series version 1 USA model only

Cause:
Customer would like to remove a device from his Wiser network.   

Resolution:
From the Settings tab in the web portal, select Device List, and then click "Remove" from the right hand side of the page for the appropriate device.
