Com’X 510 login shows a ‘Limited Access message’ with restricted access message

Case 1:

There’s another user with full access logged in. Current user will have limited access.

Case 2:
There are no other users currently logged in but the message still shows up. This could be due to a user being locked in the logged in state.

Case 1:
To get full access other user must first log off from the Com'X web portal.

Case 2:
Manually log out all sessions. In order to do this follow these steps:
  1. In a new browsing window go to <Com'X ipaddress>/applications/monitoring/index.html
  2. Select the Commands tab
  3. Select Catalog
  4. Select "close_actives_sessions"
  5. Execute the command
This should close all active user sessions. Try to log in again.
