EcoStruxure System Advisor - Process Safety

EcoStruxure System Advisor - Process Safety helps improve operational integrity and insight by providing enhanced configuration documentation, change tracking, and I/O management for EcoStruxure Triconex systems.

System Advisor - Process Safety is based on an architecture that ensures the health and integrity of the Triconex control network. Its information flows in a secured environment from the Triconex controllers – Tricon, Trident, Tri-GP, and Tricon CX to the System Advisor Process Safety server. The application provides daily system documentation, change tracking, and management of the previously mentioned Triconex hardware. Lifecycle management, engineering efficiency, system governance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency are all delivered by the system

System documentation

• Provide complete I/O documentation • Documents all tag name references (including tag name references to EcoStruxure Foxboro DCS if you have EcoStruxure System Advisor – Process Control installed) and indicates the data class (input, output, or memory) of the tag name using icons • Documents CEM, structured text, ladder, and FBD logic

Change tracking

Tracks a range of TriStation 1131 configuration changes, including: • Logic • Tag names • User privileges • Cross-reference • Hardware, execution order, and SOE configuration

Hardware management

• Support all Triconex controllers – Tricon, Trident, Tri-GP, and Tricon CX • For Tricon CX systems, support configurations with Tricon CX I/O modules and Tricon I/O modules (referred to as mixed system) • Display the chassis segregated by their serial (IMSS) and ethernet (IMFF) connections • Allows you to assign unassigned chassis and create new areas and enclosures • Automatically creates and assigns areas and enclosures for Tricon CX Chassis based on the TriStation 1131 configuration

• Provides standard queries • Provides customized queries

Reporting

• Stores all historical information in a server database • Provides historical views by date and change • Allows customized views by filtering and sorting
