QOU unit-mount circuit breakers (cable-in/cable-out) are based on the standard QO circuit breaker. They are ideal for OEM applications and have the Square D’s unique Visi-Trip Indicator feature, which makes it easy to spot a tripped circuit breaker. QOU can be DIN rail-mounted, surface-mounted, or flush-mounted.

Single-pole circuit breakers are available in various ampere ratings that occupy one space in the load center. Double-pole and triple-pole versions are also available in typically a 240 VA maximum rating.
Multiple applications
The Square D Extreme Duty QOU circuit breaker was developed specifically with the unique challenges of harsh environments in mind. It was specially constructed with internal components that make it resistant to the damaging effects of high humidity and salt, which are common in commercial HVAC and wastewater treatment applications. It also passed a 500-hour salt spray test.
