Aarhus Vand has been delivering clean water to the municipality’s residents since 1872. Alliance system integrator partner Envidan has been working closely with the utility since 2011. It deployed EcoStruxure Water Advisor – Water Simulation to help Aarhus Vand remotely monitor its water supply network and easily and precisely identify potential leaks and supply fluctuations. Using data from points on the network, Water Simulation anticipates the impact of planned and unplanned events so Aarhus Vand can take the best actions to address them quickly, minimizing waste and any impact on customers.
