New Jersey shows the power of energy savings

Energy and operational costs can be significantly reduced through an Energy Savings Improvement Program (ESIP). With ESIP, facility improvement goals can be achieved with no added cost by reallocating money within the existing budget. Regulated through the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, ESIPs do not require new bonding and requires a budget-neutral program.
