How can I read negative temperatures on a platinum 100 ohm RTD with the Quantum 140ARI03010?

The RTD is rated from -200 to +850 degrees, when the input goes just below the 100 ohm mark the 3x value will now have the MSB set. This indicates that the input value is a negative number. You should write logic to sense the MSB to detect negative temperatures and perform a boolean AND to mask out the MSB.
