Environment:
VMware ESXi 6.7 U3 host with VMware vSphere 6 Essentials Plus license.
Cause:
Change to VMware ESXi 6.7 License
Solution:
User must contact VMware for assistance with the licensing.
Per VMware knowledge base document 1023990 vSphere Essential Plus license should allow CLI access to the host.
