As they looked to transform a vast campus comprising four million square foot of office buildings in addition to restaurants, data centers, and other amenities, Aspiria sought an innovative and comprehensive building management solution.

They needed to identify and prevent energy waste to reduce their carbon footprint, while also maximizing their operational efficiency and increasing occupant comfort.

C&C Group implemented a series of our solutions for Aspiria. EcoStruxure Building Operation, our building management system, and EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert, our power monitoring software, work together to measure energy usage.

EcoStruxure Building Advisor, our suite of digital services for facility maintenance, enables the collection of data from sensors, devices, and equipment in a central, cloud-based hub.

Our EcoStruxure solutions have resulted in a 16% reduction in annual energy consumption and a $1.5 million annual energy cost savings while also contributing to a 36% reduction – over 10,000 tons – in carbon footprint.

Aspiria has also increased their occupant comfort and satisfaction, with a 65% reduction in service calls by occupants related to temperature.
