Channel Compliance & Pricing Transformation Leader – MEA

Channel compliance:         

• Ensure channel compliance to pricing policies within MEA clusters as well as alignment to global commercial policy guidelines
• Manage pricing corridor across MEA according to global guidelines & utilizing designated tools & dashboards
• Lead governance process with local sales & marketing teams in coordination with zone/cluster leadership teams
• Drive continuous process & tools improvements to ensure sustainability and pricing realization on bottom-line

Pricing Transformation:

• Ensure deployment of pricing transformation projects in SE marketing channels & systems across MEA clusters
• Lead pricing digitization by implementing authorized global pricing tools
• Identify opportunities for synergies in resources, processes & digital tools across clusters and lead change & implementation
• Manage Competitive Pricing Intel process across MEA clusters to stay ahead of competition’s pricing moves

Global Functions: Global Pricing, SE Digital, Intl Ops

External Relations:

Customers: End users, Channels, Partners, Consultants, Outside specialist groups (e.g.  Professional Pricing Society)

• Min 8 years of experience [Channel management/Marketing/Pricing]
• Project management & leading change across organizations
• Ability to lead, influence & drive collaboration among teams
• Managing stakeholders & effective communication with top management
• Professional user of MS Office (Advanced skills in Excel)
• Analytical problem solving & presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering [Preferred]
