Whereas EIA/ECA 310-E standard supports 19" and 23" wide equipment mounting, customers sometimes ask for 21".

All models, all serial numbers.
Cause:
We cannot find any information regarding NetShelter SX cabinets and a 21" rackmount standard.
Resolution:
The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has 21-inch rackmount standard.
We do not currently offer cabinets made to the ETSI 21" standard, but if you have an opportunity with some quantity please contact APC Sales. The CustomRacks team may be able to quote this.
