Job Description
| Serve as expert leader for all regions in matters of data collection, interpretation and compliance. Ensure all SE plants reporting the supplier defects information in time. | |||||||||||
| Serve as Procurement Quality sponsor/project manager for all new tools being developed and deployed. Ensuring the data migration happening in time with digital tools. | |||||||||||
| Extract data from various sources for analytics, recommendations and scorecard reviews. Share monthly performance results to stake holders. | |||||||||||
| Ensure to deliver monthly communication to Suppliers on KPIs. Manage escalations on data, launching mass broadcasting to suppliers | |||||||||||
| Quarterly KPI calcuation check and global dash boards update on monthly basis. Publish quarterly scorecards and co-lead any required business reviews | |||||||||||
| Drive improvement to simplify the tools or processes. Support and lead special projects related to improving processes where data accuracy or completeness are an identified concern | |||||||||||
| Adopt new KPI's and lead to transform for deployment | |||||||||||
| Lead several contractors to manage full scope through in-person coaching and guidance to meet business needs |
Qualifications - External
| Graduate level in Engineering | |||||
| A 6 sigma green belt certification or proven statistical capabilities | |||||
| Business Analytics | |||||
| English level 2,5 mandatory |
