Engineering Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly backlog report
• Run a daily report to check for missed shipments/early shipment and update the information accordingly
• Review, assign and schedule all ETO projects
• Work with OM’s and PM’s to schedule site visits/outages
• Work with multiple Departments to expedite orders
• Follow up with District’s/OM’s/PM’s when there are changes in timelines
• Month End for Engineering
• Move any time expenses as needed for Engineering
• Support Service Assistants as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preffered or equivalent years experience
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Fluent and proven experience in Excel
• Excellent communicator with ability to multitask 
• Detail oriented and ability to creatively solve problems
• At least 2 years of related experience a plus
