The SE Cross Functional Leadership Development Program offer early career and recent graduates the opportunity to accelerate their career growth through a structured framework based on our 3’E development model – Education, Exposure and Experience. The goal of the program is to craft a next generation of leaders. You’ll get exposure to cross functional roles and our leadership in both technical and business areas to build a strong network that will prepare you for a future in leadership at one of the Most Sustainable Corporations in the world. The combination of multi-functional work assignments and action learning aids to develop the skills and capabilities needed to build your career path towards leadership track.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • You will hold 3 different positions over 3 years all in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
  • You’ll be part of a cohort of program who you’ll get to know through projects, career development sessions, and social events throughout your time in the program.

After graduating from the program, Schneider will facilitate your landing role in an area you will enjoy and add value.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • We’re looking for Engineering or similar degrees with a propensity for leadership or Business degree with previous technical internship experience.
  • If you’ve held leadership roles on class projects, student organizations, or past jobs, you’re exactly what we’re looking for in this role.
  • You should be ready to relocate and travel. Your first position will likely be in one of our hub locations - Nashville, Raleigh, Boston or Dallas. Relocation financial support is provided by the company.
  • This program is unable to provide visa support for international candidates, now or in the future.
