Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, highly talented, motivated, solution-minded individual for the position of Manager, Strategic Accounts - Automotive & eMobility Segment.  This individual will be responsible to develop, manage, and implement strategic alignment with Automotive and E-Mobility strategic customers.

 

Specific Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will serve as the Lead Executive between Schneider Electric and their account(s), providing strategic business alignment. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and guide the implementation of the North American account business plan; achieving all financial targets including revenue and orders, profitability, and a healthy pipeline of projects. This individual is responsible for collaboration with commercial leaders in company matrix setting to drive success with data-driven solutions. They will demonstrate an understanding of Electrification impact in the new energy landscape as essential for eMobility infrastructure.   Finally, the candidate will align with project execution & client satisfaction resources to ensure a VIP customer experience throughout sales, delivery, and service life cycle.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering/Business discipline.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of highly successful sales C-Level sales experience in strategic account management, sales management and/or business development management. 
  • C-Level sales experience and demonstrated executive presence.
  • Robust experience in Electrification (microgrids, distributed generation, renewables).
  • Software and Services commercial sales experience. 
  • Strong business acumen with agile mindset.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix team environment, influence and motivate.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.   
  • Ability to travel in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Automotive or eMobility Segment experience with solid understanding of Automotive OEMs.
