Qualifications
- Overall 4-6 Years of Application Support experience with Front end (Web+Mobile)
- Strong experience on CMS and Ecommerce
- Good understanding on Unix OS and basic commands of Linux
- He should be good team player and take ownership attitude
- Good understanding on Jenkins and Github/Bitbucket
- Good understanding about Jira and Confluence is a plus point
- Good understanding about APIs
- Good experience with troubleshooting and engagement with the technical team
- Knowledge of AWS is recommended
- Strong Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing tool) and Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Kibana, Zabix, new ralic etc.)
- Experience with L2 support process.
- In-depth knowledge on the architecture of current/previous projects.
- Good to have understanding on Tableu
