Biography
Friedrich is the Senior Vice President of Services for Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric since 2024, supporting Schneider Electric customers in the operational technology (OT) segments on their journeys towards digital transformation, cybersecurity and sustainability.
Prior to that Friedrich was CEO of ProLeiT, a Software company specialized in digitalization of Food & Beverages, Lifescience and chemicals sectors. He still looks after ProLeiT business in his current role.
Friedrich started with Schneider Electric in 2019, as the Senior Vice President of Strategy for the Industrial Automation business. He drove the strategic plan for the industrial automation business, including M&A strategy and partnerships with companies like AVEVA.
Friedrich is a former Strategy Consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients across advanced manufacturing and high-tech industries on growth strategy and tactics, marketing, sales, and M&A activities. Friedrich holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master of Science in Energy and Telecommunications from Centrale-Supelec.
