What causes error message "Unable to set clock with specified values. Clock in Error State." when using the TOD clock function in a Momentum PLC?

This error message can be caused by one of the following:
- Momentum option adapter is not present.
- Faulty option adapter.
- Are the TOD registers configured in the Specials section of the project's configuration?
- Bent pins on base/adapter/PLC?
- Reload firmware.
If the TOD registers are configured and the adapter is present, this is usually caused by bad hardware or wiring.
