What are possible causes for error -115 when installing a Concept Service Release such as SR7?

1. Make sure that you are logged in as a full administrator before attempting the install.
2. Try copying the SR7 files to the hard drive and installing from there instead of the CD.
3. Uninstall Concept, then check the Concept install directory and make sure that it is entirely empty before re-installing.
4. Install Concept to a new/different directory.
5 Make sure that Concept or NTVDM are not running in the task manager.
