Customers that are having the Magelis communicate to a Modbus/TCP to Modbus/RTU devices.

Resolution

If you are using a Modbus/TCP to Modbus serial RTU Gateway device, each device on the serial network will have a Modbus slave address associated with that device.  That Modbus slave address is your Unit ID.
